Last updated 14 October 2026. This policy covers the Wraba website and waitlist. A fuller policy will replace it before the app launches.

Who we are

Wraba is a trading name of Wraba Financial Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17117622, registered office Suite 9a, 37 Stanmore Hill, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 3DS. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

• Waitlist: your email address. We use it to email you once when early access opens. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
• Website: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

We do not use advertising trackers. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log the request in line with Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until the app launches and you either open an account or ask us to remove you, and in any case no longer than 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold, or to stop emailing you, at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Where it is stored

In the UK or EU with our hosting and email providers, under written terms that require them to protect it. If any processing takes place outside the UK, it is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an equivalent safeguard.

Terms

Wraba is not yet live. Nothing on this site is an offer of a payment or e-money service. Terms for the app will be published, and accepted in the app, before any account is opened.
